Lam Dong Provincial Police have decided to prosecute 4 defendants, of which 3 have been detained for the crime of illegally printing, issuing, and trading invoices and documents under Article 203 of the Penal Code.

On August 20, Lam Dong Provincial Police announced that they had prosecuted Phung Anh Tuan (48 years old), Tran Duc Nghia (48 years old), Nguyen Van Vinh (36 years old) and Dao Thi To Nu (38 years old). Dao Thi To Nu was subject to preventive measures, prohibiting her from leaving her place of residence.

Since 2009, Phung Anh Tuan from Hanoi came to Binh Thuan province (old) to establish Khang Nong Joint Stock Company. After that, Tuan continued to establish dozens of other companies in many provinces, cities and Hong Ngoc Viet Trading Joint Stock Company (Ham Thang ward, Lam Dong province).

Nguyen Van Vinh is the legal representative and Director of many companies in Lam Dong, including Dai Hong Phat Trading Limited Liability Company.

Dao Thi To Nu is the Director of Vina Unisun Company, along with many other companies in Lam Dong. Tran Duc Nghia is the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Director of many companies in several other provinces and cities.

The case is currently being investigated by Lam Dong Provincial Police.
