Lam Dong: 1 individual honored as exemplary intellectual by Vietnam Medical Association

The ceremony to honor outstanding intellectuals is a meaningful event to recognize and pay tribute to intellectuals and scientists who have made outstanding contributions to the development of medicine in the country. Lam Dong Health Sector is honored to have a typical example honored on this occasion: Meritorious Doctor, Master Tran Ngoc Trung, Deputy Head of the Department of Medical and Pharmaceutical Affairs, Lam Dong Health Department, Chairman of Lam Dong Nursing Association.

In the common pride of the industry, the Vietnam Nursing Association was honored to have 2 representatives honored at the ceremony: Specialist Nurse I Phan Canh Chuong, Vice President of the Vietnam Nursing Association, President of the Hue City Nursing Association and Master Tran Ngoc Trung, President of the Lam Dong Provincial Nursing Association.

Master Tran Ngoc Trung has 34 years of experience in the Lam Dong Health sector, going through the process of being a nurse directly caring for patients, a nursing lecturer and participating in nursing management. As Chairman of the Lam Dong Nursing Association, he has actively contributed to the building and development of the Lam Dong Nursing Association.

The title of “Outstanding Intellectuals of 2025” is a noble and worthy award, recognizing the outstanding efforts and contributions of two typical examples in professional work, developing the Association, training human resources and enhancing the position of the Vietnamese nursing profession. Their success is a common pride and a great source of inspiration for the Vietnamese nursing team, as well as Lam Dong, to continue to strive, innovate and contribute to the cause of public health care and international integration.
