On September 26, information from the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission said that the unit had decided to discipline a number of officials and former officials at Quang Binh University. This decision was made at the 23rd session, which took place on September 18.

Accordingly, through the inspection process when there were signs of violations against the Party Committee of Quang Binh University, the Inspection Committee of Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee found that: The Party Committee of Quang Binh University had shortcomings and violations in leadership, direction, development and organization of implementation of working regulations; lack of inspection and supervision of cadres and party members in management and use of state budget funds with contents not in accordance with regulations.

Responsibility for the above violations and shortcomings belongs to the Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee for the 2015 - 2020, 2020 - 2025 terms, and the following officials: Mr. Hoang Duong Hung (former Party Committee Secretary, former Chairman of the University Council, former Principal of Quang Binh University), Mr. Nguyen Duc Vuong (Party Committee Secretary, Principal of Quang Binh University).

The responsibility for consulting and implementation belongs to Ms. Mai Thi Huyen Nga, Party Committee member, Deputy Head of Planning - Finance and Investment Management Department, Chief Accountant of Quang Binh University.

Considering the content, nature, level, consequences, causes of violations and based on Party regulations, the Inspection Committee of Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee decided to discipline Principal Nguyen Duc Vuong with a reprimand and warn Chief Accountant Mai Thi Huyen Nga.

Regarding Mr. Hoang Duong Hung (former Principal), although he has shortcomings and violations to the extent that he must be considered and disciplined, Mr. Hung has now transferred his job and party activities out of the Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee, so the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee will report to the competent party organization for consideration according to regulations.

The Inspection Committee of Quang Binh Provincial Party Committee requested the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Quang Binh University to seriously review to learn from experience and promptly overcome limitations and shortcomings. At the same time, it directed the review and experience drawing for a number of related organizations and individuals.
