Kim Anh commune leads Kim Thanh district in administrative reform index in 2023, up 2 places compared to 2022; Dong Cam commune ranks 2nd, down 1 place; Co Dung commune has the lowest administrative reform index in the district (in 2022, Co Dung commune ranked 17th out of 18 communes and towns).

In 2023, besides some units and localities that have performed well in administrative reform tasks, there are still some localities that have not resolutely implemented administrative reform in areas such as administrative procedure reform and administrative modernization; administrative procedures have not been fully and promptly publicized according to regulations; there is still a situation of publicizing expired administrative procedures at the receiving and returning results department...

In the coming time, Kim Thanh district will continue to enhance the leadership, direction and management role of Party committees and authorities at all levels in administrative reform. Heads of authorities at all levels will continue to be directly responsible for implementing administrative reform in their agencies, units, organizations and fields. The assessment of the annual results of administrative reform tasks will be linked to emulation and reward work, assessment of responsibility, leadership and management capacity of heads and agencies, units and localities, etc.
