A site dug deeper than the existing ground surface
Tay Ninh Province Land Fund Development Center Branch 1 is paying compensation, support and resettlement costs to affected people. After receiving the money, people are dismantling houses, fences and structures to hand over the construction site.
However, through actual inspection, it was found that some people in the process of dismantling houses and structures arbitrarily hired machinery to dig up soil along both sides of the road without permission from competent authorities. There were locations where the excavation was deeper than the existing ground surface, posing a potential safety risk to neighboring structures.

The above situation will cause disruption, change the current status within the construction area, and cause traffic safety problems on the route (deep holes will be dug in the locations).
At the same time, people arbitrarily digging soil deeper than the approved design risks loss, leading to a lack of soil volume for roadbed embankment, affecting the quality of the project.
Authorities request that people do not arbitrarily dig up land from the Truong Chinh road project without permission from competent authorities to ensure security, order, traffic safety and environmental sanitation as well as construction quality, contributing to the completion of the Truong Chinh road project on schedule assigned by the Provincial People's Committee./.
