Accordingly, the City People's Committee requests Directors, Heads of departments, branches, sectors, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, towns, based on the functions and tasks of the unit, to seriously implement the contents according to the direction of the Prime Minister in Official Dispatch No. 219/TTg - KSTT dated February 27, 2025 and the guidance and direction of the City People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 404/UBND-KS administrative procedures dated February 10, 2025 and No. 592/UBND-KS administrative procedures dated February 21, 2025 on implementing a number of contents related to the announcement, disclosure, reception and settlement of administrative procedures of people and businesses in the city.

The City People's Committee assigns the City People's Committee Office, the City Public Administration Service Center, the Department of Science and Technology and related units, based on their functions and tasks, to promptly advise and report to the City People's Committee on the organization and implementation of the contents on amending regulations, announcing and publicizing administrative procedures. The reception and settlement of administrative procedures and the implementation must ensure the operation of the Administrative Procedure Settlement Information System and related Systems according to the direction of the Prime Minister and the City People's Committee; ensuring the organization and implementation of administrative procedures are continuous, smooth, effective and uninterrupted.
