On June 23, according to information from Cao Bang Provincial Police, the Economic Police Department of the Provincial Police has just prosecuted the case, prosecuted the accused, and banned Pham Dinh Hoa (born in 1956, residing in Group 10, Hop Giang Ward, Cao Bang City) from leaving his place of residence for the crime of "Forgery in work".

According to the investigation agency, from 2019 to present, Hoa has violated the mobilization and management of senior inspectors serving the inspection activities of the Motor Vehicle Inspection Center 11-02D.
During many inspections, without the presence of the senior inspector in charge of the line, Pham Dinh Hoa still allowed the line to operate and legalized the documents, books, and signatures.
According to the initial assessment of the investigation agency, the violations involved about 3,000 vehicle inspections.
The case is being further investigated according to regulations.
