At the conference, the units in the bloc exchanged, discussed, agreed to approve the regulations, action plans and signed the emulation covenant for 2024 with key contents such as: Propagating and mobilizing cadres, union members, members and people of all walks of life to promote the tradition of patriotism, the spirit of dynamism, creativity and emulation in all fields, practically welcoming the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels, towards the 10th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2024-2029. Organizing emulation campaigns to carry out the socio-economic development tasks of the province and the political tasks of each unit; focusing on the work of developing, fostering, building and replicating advanced models and new factors; building strong Party organizations and unions in the unit, completing tasks or better; Focus on innovating methods of solidarity, gathering union members, doing a good job of monitoring, grasping the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of union members, union members and the people, contributing to consolidating and expanding the great national solidarity bloc, enhancing social consensus; propagating and organizing practical activities to celebrate major national holidays...

Representatives of leaders of units in the Provincial Front and Union Emulation Bloc signed the emulation covenant for 2024.

Speaking at the conference, the Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee requested that units in the bloc closely follow the regulations and emulation plans that have been agreed upon and thoroughly implemented. On the basis of the content of the emulation covenant, it is necessary to concretize it into targets, implement emulation in accordance with the functions and tasks of the unit and propose solutions for implementation with many rich, diverse and creative forms. In particular, each member unit needs to build at least one specific model and product that brings practical results; at the same time, create conditions for units in the bloc to exchange, learn from experiences, strengthen solidarity within the bloc, thereby improving the quality and effectiveness of the emulation movement.
