On the afternoon of March 19, in Kim Son district, the Emulation Bloc of districts and cities of the province held a conference to summarize emulation and reward work in 2023 and deploy tasks for 2024.

In 2023, districts and cities have closely followed the annual working theme of the Provincial Party Executive Committee and the emulation contents launched by the Provincial People's Committee to effectively organize emulation and reward work.

Patriotic emulation movements in districts and cities were widely deployed, attracting a large number of cadres, party members and people from all walks of life to enthusiastically participate. In addition, the commendation work is timely, public, transparent, and meets the prescribed conditions and standards; thereby promptly encouraging and supporting organizations and individuals with outstanding achievements. During the year, the province commended nearly 2,200 collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in the province's emulation movements; submitted State-level commendations to 38 collectives and 20 individuals.

At the conference, representatives of districts and cities focused on discussing and clarifying the achieved results; proposing directions, tasks and solutions to continue effectively implementing emulation and reward work in the districts and cities.

In 2024, the Emulation Bloc of districts and cities of the province will continue to promote propaganda work, thoroughly grasp the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws, and President Ho Chi Minh's thoughts on patriotic emulation.

Continue to promote the implementation of emulation movements launched by the Prime Minister; strengthen innovation in the content, form and measures of organizing emulation movements associated with promoting "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle"; closely link the results of emulation movements with the work of commendation.

At the same time, strengthen the leadership of Party committees, the Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, emulation blocs and Emulation and Reward Councils of agencies and units in districts and cities in implementing political tasks associated with emulation and reward work...

At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs awarded Certificates of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to representatives of the People and officials of Ninh Binh city, Tam Diep city and Yen Khanh district for their outstanding achievements in the province's emulation movement in 2023.

Leaders of districts and cities signed an emulation covenant and honored the People's Committee of Nho Quan district as Head of the Emulation Bloc of districts and cities of the province in 2024.
