The "Support to School" program, phase I, 2023, presented 5 electric bicycles (worth 9.9 million VND/unit) and 5 envelopes (worth 100,000 VND/envelope) to 5 students in difficult circumstances, along with 50 funds to buy school supplies for 50 students (500,000 VND/envelope).

Accompanying the program, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Loan (Member of the Organizing Committee of the Vietnam Association of the Disabled and Orphans) mobilized businesses in Cai Be district to donate 5 children receiving electric bicycles, 75kg of rice and 500,000 VND (each child received 15kg of rice and 100,000 VND), and supported 2 more disadvantaged students with 1 million VND (500,000 VND/student).

My Tho City Charity Association donated 5 gifts of necessities (250,000 VND/gift), the Provincial Association for Promotion of Education donated notebooks to 5 students who received electric bicycles. The total cost of the program for the first semester of 2023 is more than 78 million VND.

After the program, the delegation went to the house of Tran Thi Kim Thi (grade 9/5 student, Binh Ninh Secondary School, in Binh Quoi Thuong Hamlet, Binh Ninh Commune) to visit and learn about her situation, and consider giving her the Scholarship Shelter.

According to Mr. Le Van Be Chin, Director of the Tien Giang Provincial Children's Support Fund, in 2023, the "Supporting Children to School" program will be organized 20 times at 20 schools in economically disadvantaged areas, coastal areas... with a budget of 1.5 billion VND sponsored by the Provincial Lottery One Member Co., Ltd.

In addition, the 20 programs are also accompanied by organizations and individuals such as: Provincial Association for Promotion of Education, My Tho City Charity Association, enterprises in Cai Be district... supporting nearly 200 million VND (cash, in kind) to give to the children. Along with that, the program conducts surveys and builds 20 - 23 Study Encouragement Homes for students with housing difficulties (worth 40 - 50 million VND/house).

It is known that after 9 years of implementation, the 2023 program has had a big change: Giving electric bicycles instead of bicycles so that children can use them for a long time, helping them have more conditions to go to higher classes.
