In a recent announcement, Apple said that the company will hold its Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC 2025) from June 9 at the Apple Park campus in California. The event will last until June 13.

"WWDC 2025 will be a place where developers can freely participate. As part of Apple's commitment to supporting developers, the conference will provide them with access to Apple programs, as well as details about new tools and features," Apple said.

According to Susan Prescott, Apple's vice president of Worldwide Developer Relations, at WWDC 2025 the company will focus on "the latest advances in software."

“We are excited to mark another great WWDC season with our global developer community. We can’t wait to share the latest tools and technologies that will empower developers to continue to innovate,” said Prescott.

According to 9to5Mac , Apple will introduce a series of new operating system versions at WWDC 2025, including iOS 19, iPadOS 19, visionOS 3, tvOS 19, macOS 16 and watchOS 12.

Previous leaks have suggested that iOS 19 will be one of the most important updates in Apple’s history. The interface and applications on iOS 19 will have a design language similar to the visionOS platform.

According to MacRumors , the camera app on iOS 19 will be redesigned with a control system and interface similar to the visionOS platform. Not stopping there, the changes on the iOS 19 operating system go beyond that.

Recently, new applications introduced by Apple such as Apple Sports or Apple Invites have a design language that is increasingly similar to the visionOS and watchOS operating systems.

The interfaces of these applications are highlighted with many colors and shapes layered on top of each other. It is likely that the applications and interfaces on iOS 19 will also be designed in this language.

According to Bloomberg , Apple is developing a series of new unannounced features specifically for iOS 19. One of the important upgrades on this operating system is an update for the virtual assistant Siri powered by an advanced large language model.

The new feature is internally called "LLM Siri." The upgraded version of the Siri virtual assistant is being tested as a standalone app.

The report says Apple plans to introduce “LLM Siri” as part of its iOS 19 and macOS 16 operating system platforms next year. However, the tool will officially launch around spring 2026 at the earliest.

Meanwhile, macOS 16 and iPadOS 19 are also expected to have major design improvements. Apple is aiming to unify the design language across its platforms to provide a more consistent user experience.
