[Infographic] Vietnam-France Comprehensive Strategic Partnership
NDO - Vietnam and France established diplomatic relations in 1973. With a long history of relations and extensive cooperation in many fields, in 2024, the two countries will upgrade their relationship to Comprehensive Strategic Partnership, making France the first EU country to have the highest level of relations with Vietnam.
