The cultural and social fields made much progress; social security was ensured; the poverty rate decreased from 10.2% to 8.54%, people's lives were significantly improved. The activities of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and mass organizations continued to be innovated; Party building and government building work has been strengthened, creating trust and excitement in the entire district Party Committee.
