On the morning of September 12, Tho Xuan District Party Committee held a conference of key officials of the whole district to disseminate and implement Directive No. 35 of the Politburo and the Plan to organize Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 28th District Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030.

At the conference, delegates were informed of the core contents of Directive No. 35; in which, the viewpoints, principles, goals, requirements and basic contents of preparing for Party Congresses at all levels were emphasized so that Party committees and organizations at all levels could grasp, lead, direct, concretize and organize implementation at their level; ensuring synchronization and unity throughout the entire political system; at the same time, analyzing and clarifying some new and important contents in Directive No. 35 of the Politburo.

In line with Directive No. 35 of the Politburo and Plan No. 226 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on organizing Party Congresses at all levels, towards the 20th Thanh Hoa Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030, Tho Xuan District Party Committee has developed a plan to organize Party Congresses at all levels towards the 28th District Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030. The plan clearly states the requirements, contents, and methods of organization and implementation. Accordingly, for Party cell congresses under the grassroots Party Committee, to be completed before March 15, 2025. Grassroots-level congresses, to be completed before June 15, 2025. The 28th District Party Congress, to be completed before August 31, 2025.

Concluding the conference, Tho Xuan District Party Secretary Le Dinh Hai emphasized: In order to successfully organize the 28th Party Congress, grassroots Party cells and the District Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term, the preparation and organization of the congress must be led and directed by Party committees at all levels in accordance with the Party's regulations and principles. Immediately after the conference, Party committees and subordinate Party organizations closely followed Directive No. 35 of the Politburo and documents, regulations and instructions of the Central Committee, the Provincial Party Committee, and the District Party Committee Standing Committee on Party organizations at all levels for the 2025-2030 term to develop and complete their plans. Organize dissemination and implementation at their level to all cadres and Party members, ensuring completion before September 25, 2024. At the same time, establish sub-committees. Clearly define the role of the political report as the central report, which has the role of guiding other documents, so it must be built synchronously, uniformly, supplemented, and developed on the basis of the political report. The personnel plan must be implemented carefully, methodically, and in compliance with Directive No. 35 of the Politburo and current regulations.

District Party Secretary Le Dinh Hai noted that Party committees and organizations at all levels should proactively grasp the situation, promptly resolve issues within their authority, and report and propose arising issues, difficulties and obstacles so that competent authorities can guide and take measures to resolve them, ensuring good preparation and successful organization of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term.

On this occasion, Tho Xuan district organized a fundraising campaign to support people affected by storm No. 3. With the spirit of mutual love and support, the whole leaves help the torn leaves. At the launching ceremony, nearly 60 million VND was raised, contributing to sharing difficulties and helping people in affected areas overcome the consequences of natural disasters.
