Due to the impact of storm No. 3, many important traffic routes in the western part of Nghe An province were deeply flooded and cut off, and some suspension bridges were washed away.

In particular, National Highway 7A - the main artery connecting the western communes of Nghe An province - has suffered serious landslides in many locations, many sections are deeply submerged in water, making it impossible for rescue forces and road vehicles to access the highland communes.
