Notice of traffic diversion due to landslide on positive slope in Km 28+460, Provincial Road DT 177 (Bac Quang - Xin Man), Nam Dich Commune

In the early morning of August 23, 2025, at Km28+460, Provincial Road DT.177 (Bac Quang - Xin Man), in Nam Dich Commune, Tuyen Quang Province, a landslide occurred on the slope of the positive slope, covering the entire roadbed, causing traffic congestion; by 1:00 p.m. the same day, part of the landslide had been cleared to temporarily open 1 lane. However, due to the large volume of landslides, a very large slide appeared at the top of the positive slope, posing a very high risk of landslides, especially when there continues to be heavy rain.

To ensure the safety of people's lives and property, the Department of Construction announces traffic diversion and organization for vehicles to avoid the above landslide location as follows:

- People and all vehicles participating in traffic are temporarily stopped from circulating through the area of Km28+460, DT.177 to ensure safety;

- Traffic direction: go on DT.177 in the direction of Bac Quang - Xin Man to Km16+850 → turn left to Thong Nguyen commune → turn left onto DT.177 at Km33+150 and vice versa;

- Time for sorting from the date of notification until further notification.
