Strategic direction for Hai Phong and the role of private enterprises

After the merger, a “new Hai Phong” is taking shape with two distinct development poles. East Hai Phong focuses on seaports, logistics and processing and manufacturing industries. West Hai Phong is oriented towards developing supporting industries, mechanics – automobiles and high-tech agriculture.
