Not waiting for summer or weekends, now almost every weekday, the Provincial Library welcomes a certain number of visitors, becoming a place for readers to study, read and relax. The space is airy, clean, the rooms are all oriented to receive natural light, making everyone who enters the rooms feel comfortable, relaxed, and ponder over their favorite books, forgetting the passing of time. After being newly built and repaired, the Provincial Library has spacious reading rooms, computer rooms, children's rooms, etc., decorated with many beautiful pictures and colors to attract young readers and make it convenient for reading and finding books.

In addition to traditional activities such as reading on the spot and borrowing at home, the Provincial Library has applied QR codes to information services to support readers in searching for documents, registering for reader cards and exploiting them on smart devices, accessing the internet in the multimedia room, the monthly new book announcement directory on the unit's website, simplifying procedures and making free reading cards. In particular, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday every week, the Provincial Library is open to serve readers, opening the conference room for groups of needs, in order to create opportunities for everyone to have more time to access books.

To improve the quality of the Provincial Library's activities in general and attract readers in particular, contributing to building a reading culture in the community, the Provincial Library has also coordinated with sectors and units to organize many competitions to learn about books such as Reading Culture Ambassador; promote and introduce books. Along with that, every year, the Provincial Library coordinates with schools, Youth Union and Association bases to organize "Mobile Library" trips to serve students, union members and teachers; carry out the circulation of books and newspapers to district libraries, school libraries, and prison libraries in the province.

The journey of bringing the light of knowledge to readers is not a one-day or two-day journey, but requires a process, effort, innovation and creativity of the Provincial Library to better meet the needs of readers, contribute to improving the level of enjoyment of spiritual culture, attract a large number of readers of all ages to the library, help nurture and maintain interest in reading, and spread reading culture in the community.

In the first quarter of 2025, Binh Thuan Provincial Library welcomed nearly 580,000 readers accessing books, newspapers and information through direct channels at the library, website, Youtube, online book exploitation, and mobile service vehicles. In addition, the unit added 500 copies of books, digitized 90 documents, served the "Mobile Library" vehicle at 12 school locations and posted 742 propaganda documents, and published 4 volumes of Binh Thuan Information and Documentation.
