Hung Yen faces Bac Ninh in the national U.11 final

On the afternoon of July 28, the semi-finals of the Nestlé MILO Cup 2025 National Children's Football Tournament (U.11) took place dramatically at Quang Nam Stadium (Huong Tra Ward, Da Nang City), determining the two names participating in the final match as U.11 Hung Yen and U.11 Bac Ninh.

The first semi-final match between U.11 Hung Yen and U.11 Lang Son was tense and fierce as both teams fought back and forth throughout the two halves but no goals were scored.

In the fateful penalty shootout, the decision to replace the goalkeeper by the head coach of Hung Yen was effective when the goalkeeper coming off the bench successfully blocked two shots, helping the home team win 5-4.

In the other semi-final, U.11 Bac Ninh and U.11 Viet Hung Thanh Hoa created an exciting score chase. Bac Ninh led 2-0, but the Thanh team managed to reduce the lead to 1-2 and continuously pressed the field at the end of the match. However, the lack of precision in finishing made Viet Hung Thanh Hoa accept defeat.

According to the schedule, the final match between U.11 Hung Yen and U.11 Bac Ninh will take place at 3:30 p.m. on August 1 at Quang Nam Stadium (Da Nang City). The two teams U.11 Lang Son and U.11 Viet Hung Thanh Hoa tied for third place.
