At the meeting, the Party building and political system building thematic group approved the draft Plan of the group to develop a thematic report on Party building and political system building to serve the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; approved the report on the development of the draft detailed outline of the Political Report of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 (part on thematic part on Party building and political system building); at the same time, discussed and contributed many ideas to complete and improve the quality of the draft plans and reports and ensure the time as prescribed.

Comrade Pham Van Hau, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council chaired the meeting.

Concluding the meeting, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Specialized Group on Party Building and Political System Building highly appreciated the preparation work of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee, the standing agency of the Specialized Group on Party Building and Political System Building. He basically agreed with the draft Plan of the Specialized Group on Party Building and Political System Building Report to serve the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030; requested the members of the group to perform well the monthly reporting work; comprehensively study the congress documents, the results of implementing tasks in all fields to review and adjust the draft Detailed Outline of the Political Report of the 15th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 to ensure the quality of content, structure, length, depth, and mention new issues and impacts on the work of Party building and the political system throughout the term. The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also requested members of the team to review and filter the achievements and lessons learned over the past 30 years to include in each part of the report; advise on organizing specialized seminars on Party building and the political system to collect opinions from experts and provincial leaders of different periods and localities to develop and complete the draft detailed outline of the Political Report of the 15th Provincial Party Congress for the 2025-2030 term. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will assign specific tasks in implementing the development of the theme and motto of the congress. The Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee will receive comments and suggestions from delegates to unify and effectively implement the team's tasks.
