Tourists take souvenir photos at Mui Ca Mau National Tourist Area.
Tourism service businesses in the province have well implemented the plan to prepare to welcome tourists on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the liberation of the South and national reunification (April 30, 1975 - April 30, 2025) and International Labor Day, May 1. The price posting and selling at the listed price are strictly implemented; tourist areas, spots, and relics in the province ensure the safety of visitors for sightseeing and entertainment; service prices are stable, ensuring food hygiene and safety, and there is no solicitation of tourists.
Total tourism revenue reached 235.51 billion VND, an increase of 41.5% compared to the accumulated 5 holidays of 2024 (166.405 billion VND). In particular, the areas and spots attracting the most visitors are Mui Ca Mau National Tourist Area with 16,499 visits; Hon Da Bac National Historical Site with 12,660 visits; community tourism households in Dat Mui with 39,595 visits; sightseeing, tourism and experience spots such as: Tu Su Stork Garden; U Minh strawberry gardens; Nguyen Tho Grape Garden; Thi Tuong Lagoon... with about 20,667 visits; Thu Duy eco-tourism spot with 4,315 visits; Huong Tram eco-tourism spot with 4,275 visits; U Minh Ha National Park with 2,703 visits; Southern Folk Cake Festival attracting about 95,600 visits...

Compared to the same period in 2024, the total number of visitors and tourists has increased, but mainly domestic visitors come to visit, shop, experience cultural, sports, tourism and entertainment activities organized in localities. The number of guests staying increased slightly compared to the same period (5.59%), showing that the number of visitors to Ca Mau has increased but not much, because there are no new attractive products to attract tourists from travel businesses.
