At the workshop, many topics were reported on the difficulties and obstacles in land management of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ninh Thuan; some shortcomings and problems in the implementation of legal policies on the mineral sector of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Khanh Hoa; some difficulties, obstacles and proposed solutions for granting mineral mines for common construction materials of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Binh Dinh; the effectiveness of coordination between the Department of Natural Resources and Environment and the Vietnam Fatherland Front, associations and unions in the propaganda work on waste classification and reduction of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Phu Yen; improving the ability to adapt to climate change, reducing risks caused by natural disasters in the downstream area through the operating model of the Coordination Board of the Vu Gia - Thu Bon River Basin and the coastal area of ​​Quang Nam - Da Nang of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Da Nang City... Thereby, helping the staff working in state management of Natural Resources and Environment gain more experience in performing professional work at the unit and locality.

On the same day, Emulation Cluster No. 5, headed by the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ninh Thuan, organized the closing ceremony of the 2023 Central Region Provincial Conference. As a result, the first prize for the entire delegation belonged to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ninh Thuan, the second prize belonged to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Khanh Hoa, and the third prize belonged to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Quang Nam.
