According to the report, in 2022, the province provided vocational training for over 10,800 workers; created jobs for 18,730 workers, exceeding the plan by 17%; and sent 154 workers to work abroad under contracts for a limited period. In addition to the achieved results, vocational training, job creation, and sending workers to work abroad for a limited period still face many difficulties and limitations. The number of workers going to work abroad for a limited period is not high, not commensurate with human resources and demand.
