34 officials of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment returned to localities to resolve land procedures.

The Minister of Agriculture and Environment (MARD) issued Decision 3161 on August 11 to send 34 civil servants to localities to support the implementation of tasks in the land sector when implementing the 2-level local government model.

The list includes 34 civil servants of the Department of Land Management on local work, the highest level is Deputy Head of Department.

34 civil servants were asked to support the implementation of tasks in the land sector when implementing the 2-tier local government model.

The working period is 3 months from August 15, 2025.

Land Administration Department sends officials to localities

The Department of Land Management is responsible for directing and organizing the implementation of sending civil servants on local business trips; performing the management of civil servants sent on business trips according to the provisions of law and decentralized authority; grasping the situation of implementing specialized tasks in the field of land in the locality; periodically every second week, synthesizing the situation and reporting to the Ministry.

Civil servants sent on business trips are responsible for guiding and supporting local cadres and civil servants in organizing and implementing tasks in the land sector that have been decentralized and delegated; promptly grasping, supporting or reporting, advising competent authorities to resolve difficulties, problems, proposals and recommendations of localities related to the land sector; grasping and synthesizing the general situation of implementing management tasks in the fields of agriculture and environment of the locality, promptly reporting to the Ministry.

Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment issued Decision No. 2971 to establish 10 working groups led by 10 deputy ministers to support localities.

Acting Minister of Agriculture and Environment Tran Duc Thang requested 10 working groups to grasp the situation, guide and answer local difficulties and problems in the fields of agriculture and environment in the initial phase of operating the two-level local government organization model.
