Mr. Tang Thien Tinh, Vice Chairman of Dat Mui Commune People's Committee, presented health insurance to poor students.

During the program, with the cooperation of benefactors, the unit awarded 40 health insurance cards and 10 scholarships to disadvantaged students in the area, worth more than 15 million VND. This is a timely source of encouragement, helping the students to ease their difficulties and feel secure entering the new school year.
