Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of Vietnam Aviation Academy, there were Dr. Nguyen Thi Hai Hang, Director of the Academy, Associate Professor Dr. Ha Nam Khanh Giao, Deputy Director of the Academy.

On behalf of Viet Flight Training Joint Stock Company, there were Captain Do Tri Dung, General Director, Mr. Le Hong Quan, Deputy General Director and representatives of leaders of affiliated units.

Previously, in 2022, Vietnam Airlines Corporation and Vietnam Aviation Academy signed a comprehensive cooperation agreement to promote a sustainable relationship between the two sides, facilitating research, training and human resource development activities.

Following this agreement, now Bay Viet Training Joint Stock Company and Vietnam Aviation Academy officially signed a cooperation agreement to more specifically implement the agreed contents.

This event marks an important step in putting cooperation commitments into practice, contributing to improving training quality, and opening up many new opportunities for students as well as businesses.

According to the agreement, Vietnam Aviation Academy and Bay Viet Training Joint Stock Company will cooperate to implement dual training in flight operations management and commercial pilots, aiming to provide high-quality human resources for the aviation industry.

The program helps students to both obtain a commercial pilot license according to the regulations of the Civil Aviation Authority of Vietnam and meet the recruitment needs of Vietnam Airlines and complete a degree in Flight Management and Operations Engineering recognized by the Ministry of Education and Training.

Graduates will receive a Bachelor of Flight Operations Management, majoring in Flight Operations Management, and a Commercial Pilot License from a foreign partner with full certifications recognized by the Vietnamese and international aviation authorities.

Students are guaranteed jobs and become pilots of Vietnam Airlines.

In the future, with the development of the aviation industry, especially with Long Thanh International Airport, the demand for human resources will increase.

Vietnam Aviation Academy strengthens close coordination with prestigious domestic and foreign units to train students with solid professional knowledge and necessary practical skills, meeting the strong development needs of the aviation industry in the coming period.
