Today (April 14), during the admissions and career counseling day, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy announced the expected tuition fees applicable to students admitted in 2024.

Accordingly, the expected tuition fees for all majors range from 46-84.7 million VND/school year. Compared to the 2023-2024 school year, which ranges from 42.8-77 million VND/school year, the tuition fees for all majors next year will increase.

Of which, the major with the highest tuition fee is dentistry with 84.7 million VND/year (expected to increase by 7.7 million VND compared to the 2023-2024 school year).

Next, the medical sector is expected to collect 82.2 million VND/year (expected to increase 7.4 million VND).

Pharmacy major's tuition fee is expected to be 60.5 million VND/year (increase of 5.5 million VND).

The two majors training traditional medicine and preventive medicine have the same estimated tuition fee of 50 million VND/year. The remaining majors have the same level of 46 million VND/year, in which the public health major only increases by 1 million VND, the other majors increase by 4.2 million VND.

Along with the tuition fee, according to the recently announced enrollment plan for 2024, Ho Chi Minh City University of Medicine and Pharmacy will enroll students in 5 ways. Specifically: Admission based on the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam; admission based on the results of the 2024 high school graduation exam combined with preliminary selection of international English certificates (for all training majors); admission based on the results of the SAT (Scholastic Aptitude Test) for medical and dental majors; direct admission according to the regulations in Article 8 of the 2024 University Admission Regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training; admission according to the method applied to pre-university students from Ho Chi Minh City University Preparatory School, Nha Trang Central Ethnic University Preparatory School.
