Go to college or work abroad?

I am in grade 12 and really want to continue studying after graduating from high school. My father passed away early so my mother is the only one in the family to support my two sisters and me to study. I love my mother but I don't want my future to be incomplete. My mother told me to go abroad but I think the more difficult the family situation is, the more I have to study.

This is my senior year, I have partly determined what I need to do, but reality is like a bucket of cold water for me. I would like to ask everyone for advice as well as ways to solve university fees and living expenses if I continue studying. I sincerely thank you.
