Standing Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee Nguyen Thanh Binh emphasized that building an innovation and startup ecosystem is one of the key tasks, contributing to promoting the development of the digital economy and digital society; at the same time, it is required to build and develop resources to ensure effective implementation of programs and projects set out in 2025. Mobilizing financial resources, both from the state budget and socialized sources, creates favorable conditions for key programs to be implemented promptly and on schedule.
