This section is implemented by a joint venture of Dai Phong Infrastructure Construction Joint Stock Company, Truong Son Construction Corporation, and Construction Corporation No. 1.

Coordination work to receive the site, implement the construction of bored piles, test piles, and dredging and filling the roadbed with sand is taking place in these areas.

Compensation for site clearance for the construction of two overpasses across Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street and National Highway 13 under component project 6 (compensation, support and resettlement) with a total investment of VND 13,527 billion of the Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 project.

The total area of ​​land recovered is more than 78 hectares with 1,511 cases. Up to now, the area of ​​land recovered is about 65 hectares.

Currently, units are relocating water supply pipes, telecommunication cables, medium and low voltage power grids.
