Colonel, Dr. Dinh Huy Chung, Deputy Chief of Staff of the General Department of Engineering, Head of the Organizing Committee, Head of the Contest Jury presented the contest summary report.

The 2023 contest is organized by the General Department of Technology within the scope of 3 affiliated schools with a total of 17 registered products, including: Military Technical Officer School with 7 products; Military Technical College 1 with 5 products; Central Technical College with 5 products. The products have been and are being applied in the education, training and coaching process of schools, of which teaching software is 5 products; training films are 2 products; equipment and models for practice are 10 products.

Major General Ha Tuan Quan, Deputy Director of the General Department of Engineering, awarded Certificates of Merit to the collectives with outstanding achievements in the competition.

Colonel Nguyen Manh Vung, Deputy Director of the General Department of Politics, awarded prizes to groups that did a good job of ensuring and serving the contest.

According to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the products submitted to the contest are by authors and groups of authors who are officers, lecturers, and teachers directly involved in service work, teaching, scientific research, and mastering technology, suitable for practice and the requirements of improving the quality of education and training.  

Delegates listened to Major Nguyen Thanh Luan, representative of the group of authors whose initiative won the A prize at the contest, introduce the group's initiative.

As a result, the Organizing Committee awarded 2 A prizes, 3 B prizes, 4 C prizes; and selected 7 products to continue developing and perfecting to participate in the General Department of Engineering's delegation to participate in the Army-wide Innovation and Innovation Competition taking place in the near future.

Speaking at the closing ceremony, Major General Ha Tuan Quan requested the Party Committee and commanders of schools to regularly pay attention to leading and directing research work, promoting initiatives, and improving equipment to improve training quality. Closely combine education and training with scientific research; promote the role of staff, lecturers, teachers, and students in participating in research on topics and initiatives to improve training equipment.

Major General Ha Tuan Quan hopes that the results of scientific research will not only stop at the achievements within the framework of the competition but must continue to be promoted, expanded, and practically contribute to improving the quality of training at schools in the General Department.
