Implementing the directives, plans and official dispatches of the Ministry of National Defense , the General Department of Logistics and Engineering has compiled contents related to ensuring food, accommodation and transportation for the Ministry of National Defense's guest delegates attending the 80th Anniversary of the August Revolution and the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on September 2.

Among the guest delegates of the Ministry of National Defense are former leaders of the Ministry of National Defense and a number of agencies, elderly and weak People's Armed Forces Heroes, and seriously wounded soldiers who were invited to attend the Celebration Ceremony. This is a force with special requirements for accommodation, travel, and medical care, so logistics must be carefully arranged and absolutely safe.

At the conference, agencies and units reported on the preparation situation, clearly stating outstanding issues such as the ability to arrange guest houses, the number of vehicles for pick-up and drop-off, the need for medical care for policy beneficiaries, seriously wounded soldiers, elderly delegates, etc. On that basis, the agencies proposed plans to strengthen coordination, mobilize forces, vehicles, and supplement human resources to ensure the delegates' safety, care, and punctuality according to the Organizing Committee's regulations.

Concluding the conference, Major General Huynh Tan Hung requested the General Staff/General Department of Logistics and Engineering to develop a master plan; the Office of the Ministry of National Defense to review and compile the list of invited delegates; the Department of Motorcycles and Transportation to closely coordinate with the agencies to mobilize additional forces and vehicles to transport guests. The Department of Logistics/General Staff coordinates with the Logistics Department/Command of the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum and units to review the guest list and ensure food and accommodation for guests. The Department of Quartermaster coordinates with the Department of Quartermaster/General Staff to develop a high-quality menu suitable for invited delegates; arrange experienced officers to participate in directing the work of ensuring military supplies. The Department of Military Medicine will strengthen military medical teams at the locations where guests are staying, coordinate with hospitals, and control military emergency plans (if any); prepare wheelchairs ready to serve elderly delegates when needed. The Security Department issues cards according to the list of invited delegates. The functional departments, according to their assigned tasks, strengthen guidance, inspection, supervision, and ensure the careful, strict, and absolute safety of the Army delegates and guests attending the Celebration.
