Within 3 weeks, in Ben Tre province, there were 2 cases of students being beaten up by their friends and had to be hospitalized.
On November 8, a source from Thanh Nien reporter said that Binh Dai District Police (Ben Tre) is investigating the case of a 7th grade female student "gang-beating" her head with a helmet.
According to the report of the Department of Education and Training of Binh Dai District sent to the Department of Education and Training of Ben Tre, at about 10:40 a.m. on November 5, after school, female student Th. (grade 7, Binh Thang Secondary School - Binh Thang Commune, Binh Dai District) was invited by two female students of grade 8, D. (Binh Thang Secondary School) and Q. (Le Hoang Chieu Secondary School - Binh Dai Town) to a place near Do Huu Phuong Secondary School (Dai Hoa Loc Commune, Binh Dai District) to resolve the conflict. The reason was that D. and Q. thought that Th. had talked badly about them to a group of mutual friends.

Meanwhile, D. rushed in and hit Th. twice in the head with his helmet. The entire incident was filmed by another student and then shared with many people.
After being "beaten up by a gang", Th. was taken by the biological father of female student Q. to Binh Dai District Medical Center for examination. Results: Th. had swelling in the left temple area and a scratch on the mucosa of the upper lip.
After that, because Th. had a headache, he was transferred to Minh Duc Hospital (Ben Tre City) for examination. He is currently still being treated at this hospital.
