Hanoi Department of Construction has just announced a pilot plan to adjust traffic organization on routes in Ngoc Ha and Hoang Hoa Tham areas to serve the arrangement of vehicles for people and international visitors to visit President Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum.

Specifically, the authorities prohibit passenger cars with 16 seats or more (buses and armed forces vehicles are allowed to operate) from operating on Hoang Hoa Tham Street (in the direction and section from Mai Xuan Thuong to Ngoc Ha) and on Ngoc Ha Street (in the direction and section from Hoang Hoa Tham to Le Hong Phong).

The authorities also diverted traffic for passenger cars with 16 seats or more traveling on Hoang Hoa Tham Street (in the direction and section from Mai Xuan Thuong Street to Ngoc Ha Street) and on Ngoc Ha Street (in the direction and section from Hoang Hoa Tham Street to Le Hong Phong Street) in the direction of Mai Xuan Thuong - Hoang Hoa Tham - Hung Vuong - Hoang Van Thu - Doc Lap - Chu Van An - Le Hong Phong - Ngoc Ha - Hoang Hoa Tham.

At Ngoc Ha Street, the Hanoi Department of Construction also banned cars from operating from 6:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. (buses and armed forces vehicles are allowed to operate) in the direction from Hoang Hoa Tham Street to Le Hong Phong Street.

Le Hong Phong Street prohibits cars with more than 16 seats from turning around at the Ngoc Ha - Le Hong Phong intersection. The pilot period starts from March 29 to August 29.
