ANTD.VN - The Hanoi People's Committee has just issued a decision to reclaim 986 square meters of land at plot A4 in the auction area of Thach Ban ward, Long Bien district, which Him Lam Joint Stock Company voluntarily returned.
Specifically, the City People's Committee decided to reclaim 986 square meters of land at lot A4 in the auction area of Thach Ban ward, Long Bien district, managed and used by Him Lam Joint Stock Company according to Decision No. 2453/QD-UBND dated June 1, 2015 of the City People's Committee on approving the results of the auction of land use rights.
Location, boundary, and land plot are determined in the adjusted Master Plan Drawing approved by Long Bien District People's Committee on June 27, 2014.
Reason for land recovery: Him Lam Joint Stock Company has Document No. 257/2024/CVHL dated December 26, 2024 requesting to voluntarily return the land to the State according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 82 of the 2024 Land Law.
The City People's Committee assigns the recovered area to the Long Bien District People's Committee (Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center) to manage and propose land use plans according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law.
The City People's Committee requested Him Lam Joint Stock Company to hand over the above land area to the Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center according to regulations;
Long Bien District People's Committee (Long Bien District Land Fund Development Center) contacts the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to prepare land handover documents according to regulations;
Receive, strictly manage and propose plans for using the above-mentioned recovered land area according to the provisions of the 2024 Land Law, report to competent authorities for consideration and decision.
Also related to land, the Hanoi People's Committee has just issued Official Dispatch No. 355/UBND-KTTH implementing Directive No. 47/CT-TTg of the Prime Minister, aiming to improve the efficiency of management and use of houses and land at state-owned enterprises.
Accordingly, the City People's Committee requires relevant units to strictly comply with regulations, ensure proper land use, and avoid loss of public assets.
Corporations, 100% state-owned LLCs and joint stock companies with over 50% state capital must review and rectify land management and use and comply with approved planning and plans.
The City People's Committee requires strict handling of acts of land use for the wrong purpose, abandonment or slow project implementation. Enterprises that deliberately violate the regulations will have their land recovered according to regulations, preventing waste of land resources;
When equitizing, state-owned enterprises must strictly follow procedures related to land, ensuring that approved land use plans are clear, transparent and public.
The City People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to advise on land recovery for enterprises that use land for the wrong purpose, illegally lease or lend land, or fail to fulfill financial obligations;
