According to Decision No. 5962/QD-UBND, Hanoi People's Committee recognized 8 communes in the districts of Soc Son, Hoai Duc, Ba Vi, meeting the model new rural standards (phase 1) in 2024 in various fields.

Specifically, Tien Duoc commune, Soc Son district, meets the model new rural standards in the fields of Production, Education and Training, Health and Culture. Nam Son commune, Soc Son district, meets the model new rural standards in the fields of Production, Health and Culture.

Son Dong Commune, Hoai Duc District, has achieved the model new rural standards in the fields of Health and Education and Training. Kim Chung Commune, Hoai Duc District, has achieved the model new rural standards in the fields of Culture and Health. Duc Thuong Commune, Hoai Duc District, has achieved the model new rural standards in the fields of Culture, Health and Environment.

Van Thang Commune, Ba Vi District has achieved the model new rural standards in the fields of Education and Training. Phong Van Commune, Ba Vi District has achieved the model new rural standards in the fields of Education and Training and Health. Son Da Commune, Ba Vi District has achieved the model new rural standards in the fields of Education and Training.

Communes that meet the model new rural standards (phase 1) in 2024 will be awarded a Certificate of Recognition of the title of model new rural commune in 2024 and a Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Hanoi People's Committee.

The People's Committees of districts and communes are responsible for maintaining and improving the quality of the achieved fields and continuing to build model new rural areas in the remaining fields to move towards building a comprehensive model new rural commune according to regulations.
