Assign tasks to create digital transformation data

Minister of Industry and Trade Nguyen Hong Dien has just signed and issued Decision No. 2264/QD-BCT on the Implementation Plan of Plan No. 434/KH-TCT dated July 18, 2025 of the Working Group on Project 06, administrative procedure reform and digital transformation associated with Project 06 and Resolution 214/NQ-CP dated July 23, 2025 of the Government on the Government's Action Plan on promoting data creation for comprehensive digital transformation.

The decision aims to build and deploy a synchronous system architecture and shared platform throughout the entire political system, from the central to local levels, ensuring seamless connection and data sharing between the Government, ministries, branches and localities.

Accordingly, strive for 100% of national databases and specialized databases to be reviewed, evaluated, continued to be built, supplemented and comprehensively standardized according to common standards, ensuring coverage of all areas of state management, and the ability to connect, share and integrate.

On the other hand, improving the quality of online public services, effectively serving the direction, administration and reform of administrative procedures based on data, meeting the practical needs of people and businesses.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade also noted the mobilization of resources, focusing on building and completing the national database and specialized database on schedule to serve the 5 utility groups of Project 06 such as handling administrative procedures, developing the economy , society, developing digital citizens, connecting, sharing, creating shared data, advising on policy planning and improving state management.

Through the construction of national databases and specialized databases to form platforms for effective exploitation and sharing, creating favorable conditions for economic and social development.

In particular, focus on building, connecting, and sharing data between Smart Operation Centers to serve command and control at all levels.

To realize the above tasks and goals, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien requested units within the Ministry to deploy the construction of national databases and specialized databases in the field of industry and trade to ensure synchronization and consistency from the central to local levels.

Information in databases must always be maintained in a "correct, sufficient, clean, alive, unified, and shared" state and comply with regulations, standards, and technical solutions to ensure long-term operation and meet storage requirements.

The implementation and construction of national databases and specialized databases must ensure determination, science and quality, with the participation of businesses.

This process must closely follow the roadmap of Resolution No. 71/NQ-CP dated April 1, 2025 of the Government, Resolution 214/NQ-CP dated July 23, 2025 of the Government and Notice No. 35-TB/TGV dated July 11, 2025.

Link the responsibilities of unit leaders with performance results and a specific criteria system to measure and evaluate the effectiveness of implementing tasks of building, developing, protecting, administering, managing, and using data throughout the political system.

At the same time, ensure security, information safety, and network security in the process of organizing and implementing national databases and specialized databases.

Also in this Decision, Minister Nguyen Hong Dien assigned specific tasks to each unit.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade recommends that information in databases must always be maintained in a "correct-sufficient-clean-alive-unified-shared" state and comply with regulations, standards, and technical solutions to ensure long-term operation and meet storage requirements./.
