However, because it is early in the season, consumption is not high, the average revenue is currently from 2 - 5 million VND/day".

Ms. Bui Thi Hien (Thach Dai commune, Thach Ha) shared: "Because my daughter likes to eat sweet cakes, I have bought 3 moon cakes for her children to enjoy since the beginning of the season. When the Mid-Autumn Festival is near, I will buy some more cakes to prepare for my children and some boxes to give to my family and relatives."

Worried about weak purchasing power, this year, we only imported about 80% of last year's quantity of cakes."

Not only Bao Ngoc cake distributor but many other businesses also predict that the purchasing power of moon cakes will decrease compared to previous years due to economic difficulties, so they only import a limited quantity.

This year, Huu Nghi bakery distributor reduced the amount of imported cakes by about 40%.
