Attending the meeting were comrades: Nguyen Huu Hoan, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee of the Civil Affairs Party for the period 2004-2008; Nguyen Hong Thang, former Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, former Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies for the period 2012-2014; leaders, cadres, former leaders, cadres of the Party Committee of the bloc through the periods; leaders of a number of departments, branches, sectors, and mass organizations of the province.

Over 70 years of construction, the Party Committee of the Bloc has undergone 5 times of establishment, 4 times of separation, dissolution, re-establishment and merger, with changes in organizational model, name, 10 congresses, from 20 party organizations when it was first established in 1955, to date the Party Committee of the Bloc has 123 grassroots party organizations, with over 5,000 party members operating in various types of party organizations: state administrative agencies, public service units and enterprises.

In recent years, the Standing Committee and the Party Executive Committee of the Bloc have focused on leading grassroots party organizations to carry out political tasks; building clean and strong grassroots party organizations associated with building strong agencies, public service units, enterprises and unions; inspecting and supervising party organizations and party members in implementing the Party's Political Platform, Charter, resolutions, directives, and State policies and laws; participating in advising and proposing to the Provincial Party Committee on policies and solutions to lead the implementation of political tasks and Party building work in the Bloc.

The 70-year historical journey of building, developing and maturing of the Party Committee of the Provincial Agencies and Enterprises Bloc is very proud, it is the crystallization of solidarity, efforts, striving, training and dedication of the Executive Committee, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, of grassroots Party Committees, of generations of cadres and Party members. The Party Committee of the Bloc is increasingly strong, contributing positively to the socio-economic development, maintaining the security and defense of the province, building Tuyen Quang province to be more and more prosperous and civilized.

With important and positive contributions, the Party Committee of the Bloc was honored to receive the Flag of exemplary clean and strong organization from the Provincial Party Committee; the Emulation Flag and Certificate of Merit from the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement; the Prime Minister awarded a Certificate of Merit for outstanding achievements in work, contributing to the cause of building socialism and defending the Fatherland and was twice awarded the Labor Medal by the President; many outstanding Party organizations, cadres and Party members in the Party Committee of the Bloc and in the Party Committee were awarded noble emulation titles by the Party, the State, the Government, ministries, branches, and central and provincial organizations.

The Meeting Program is not only an opportunity to express gratitude for the important contributions of generations of leaders, cadres and civil servants of the Party Committee of the Bloc through the periods to the development of the Party. This is also an activity to celebrate the 95th anniversary of the founding of the glorious Communist Party of Vietnam; the 85th anniversary of the founding of the Coal Mine Party Cell, the first Party cell of the province.
