Writer Ma Van Khang was born in 1936 in Hanoi. He has spent more than two decades in the border land of Lao Cai. In particular, his years working at Lao Cai Newspaper helped him delve into the life of the highlands, accumulate rich knowledge and inspire many famous works such as: Dong bac trang hoa xoe, Vung bien ai, Xa Phu...
