The April 30 - May 1 holiday has just ended, but the large green park Eco Central Park (nearly 200 hectares wide, located in the East of Vinh city, Nghe An) of the founder of Ecopark continues to welcome thousands of visitors every day. In the last 5 days of the holiday alone, the project welcomed nearly 28,000 visitors to visit and have fun.

The highlight of this year’s holiday at Eco Central Park is the “Liberation Day” race, which attracted more than 1,000 athletes, taking place on the morning of May 1. The running route starts from the festival gate, through Hung Vuong and Au Co avenues to the park road, square, and road along Swan Lake park with large areas of green trees and water surrounding it, creating a spacious, fresh space, stimulating the athletes’ spirit of movement.

“Running in the park, on my homeland on April 30th is a special feeling, giving me the most emotions among the dozens of races I have participated in recently. Watching the parade on the morning of April 30th, participating in the race on the morning of May 1st, then relaxing, taking pictures with my family, having lunch in the park, for me that is a complete vacation”, shared Mr. Cao Van Trung (40 years old, residing in Ha Huy Tap, Vinh City).

While Mr. Trung participated in the 10km distance, his wife and two children walked on the internal roads, played with rabbits, geese, pigeons, etc. raised in the park. In particular, his daughter was delighted with the flock of tame swans swimming near the lake.

After the green city Ecopark (Hung Yen), Eco Central Park of the founder of Ecopark is the second urban area in Vietnam where swans have successfully hatched in a natural environment.

Ecopark is also the only real estate investor in Vietnam that owns a running race with its own brand name that is built and maintained annually. While the Ecopark Marathon in Ecopark (Hung Yen) is entering its 6th year, Eco Central Park is also starting to build a community of runners in the middle of nature. It is expected that in 2026, the investor will officially organize a large-scale running race at Eco Central Park to continue building a green and healthy living community.

Previously, on April 30, the investor Ecopark also organized a kite flying festival with hundreds of kites decorated by residents and visitors. A record kite measuring 10m x 14m after being supported by many families also flew up to the cheers of hundreds of attendees.

“The mother and daughter were busy gluing the kite and coloring the decorations. The mother held the kite, the child held the string, both of them ran to gain momentum and then the kite flew up… It’s been a long time since I’ve seen my child so happy,” said Ms. Tran Ngoc Lan (35 years old, living on Nguyen Gia Thieu Street, Hung Dung Ward, Vinh City).

Little Hai An - Lan's daughter, after playing with kites, switched to playing with the ball house, bouncy house, seesaw, etc. "Although the children did not know each other, after a few hours of playing together, they became close as if they had known each other for a long time. Seeing my child being active, happy, and energetic, making new friends, and learning many things after the series of events is what makes me happiest," Lan happily shared.

Creating green, sustainable cities and happy communities

Eco Central Park is the first urban area of ​​the founder of Ecopark in the Central region. Built on the guiding principle of becoming a green and sustainable urban area, the project has handed over 600 low-rise houses since its launch in October 2022, attracting thousands of residents to live there. In 2025, Eco Central Park is expected to hand over about 1,200 houses. In particular, Thien Nga Lake Park has become a new destination for residents of Vinh city in particular and Nghe An in general since its opening on April 30, 2023.

According to the investor's statistics, in just the past 2 years, Eco Central Park has successfully organized more than 80 unique entertainment - recreation - cultural events.
