Agencies and units assigned with the role of investors and managers of traffic, irrigation and technical infrastructure systems shall proactively organize inspections, reviews and implement measures to ensure the safety of key works, works under construction, especially works that have had incidents and riverbank areas at risk of landslides; arrange standing forces to be ready to handle possible emergency natural disaster situations.
At the same time, proactively develop plans to manage and operate construction systems, proactively drain water to protect production, ensure circulation, and meet people's essential living needs.
