According to our records, the homepage of this product still uses the image of editor Quang Minh. At the same time, the videos that the two artists shared about the H milk line were also spread, causing many people to discuss heatedly.

Up to now, editor Quang Minh and MC Thanh Van Hugo have not yet made any official response to the incident. On the two artists' personal pages, we noted that they have limited the comment feature. This is considered a way that many Vietnamese stars do to avoid attacks and conflicting opinions amid the noise.

Increased penalties for celebrities who advertise falsely

Previously, the information that the police investigation agency initiated a case and temporarily detained 8 people to investigate 2 crimes of producing 573 brands of powdered milk for people with diabetes, kidney failure, premature babies, and pregnant women attracted public attention. The products declared ingredients containing substances such as bird's nest extract, cordyceps, macadamia powder, walnut powder... but in reality, they did not contain these substances at all.

Since Thuy Tien’s vegetable candy incident, the advertising of Vietnamese artists’ products has become a topic of discussion among the online community. Many people believe that strong measures should be taken against false advertising, exaggerated advertising, etc. to avoid negative impacts on consumers.

Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism - Le Hai Binh said that in the period of strong development of social networks, artists and celebrities participating in advertising activities has become a popular trend. The Ministry's leaders believe that the new reality requires the need to supplement and amend the Advertising Law. Accordingly, each person participating in advertising must be responsible before the general law and the Advertising Law in particular, and must be responsible for specific and transparent verification of the products they advertise.

Deputy Minister Le Hai Binh said that it is expected that the decree related to the implementation of the revised Advertising Law will have more detailed adjustments for celebrities participating in advertising, in the direction of increasing sanctions, restricting or banning advertising activities when there are violations; even restricting artistic activities and limiting appearances in the media.
