According to the assessment report of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment on the implementation of Conclusion 114 of the Party Central Committee Secretariat, in recent times, the mass mobilization work of the Ministry's agencies has achieved positive results. Notably, many policies and resolutions of the Party on mass mobilization work have been institutionalized and integrated into the process of building, perfecting and organizing the implementation of policies and laws on Natural Resources and Environment. The working methods of the Ministry and its affiliated units have many innovations in the direction of respecting the people, being close to the people, for the people, expanding democracy, promoting the people's mastery; there are many suitable solutions for each subject and each field.

Practicing well the mass mobilization work in the management activities and implementation of the political tasks of the Ministry and the industry has contributed to promoting democracy, creating consensus among the people, promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, gathering and attracting a large number of people from all walks of life to participate in emulation movements to successfully implement the goals of the Natural Resources and Environment sector in particular and the socio-economic, security, defense and foreign affairs of the country.

The awareness of the position and role of mass mobilization work in State agencies of the cadres, civil servants and Party members of the Ministry has become clearer. Through the implementation of mass mobilization work and the emulation movement "Skilled Mass Mobilization", there has been a change in the awareness and action of each cadre, civil servant and public employee in performing their duties. From there, it has contributed to building increasingly better agencies and units, contributing to the successful implementation of the tasks of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.

The mass mobilization work of State agencies basically meets the requirements of political tasks through propaganda and mobilization activities, effectively organizing and implementing administrative reform, the code of conduct of cadres, civil servants and public employees gradually meets the requirements of tasks; organizing, arranging and structuring cadres appropriately, thereby enhancing the role and responsibility of each cadre and civil servant.

In recent times, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment has closely followed the practical situation, promoted the spirit of innovation, creativity, proactively and resolutely implemented assigned tasks, promptly advised the Central Party Committee and the Government on many solutions to effectively and sustainably manage, exploit and use resources, protect the environment, and respond to climate change.

In particular, with the strong direction of the Politburo and the Government Party Committee, the Party Committee of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment has focused on directing and continuing to synchronously perfect legal institutions, removing policy bottlenecks, contributing to creating a stronger breakthrough in development institutions.
