Hundreds of households of 3 cooperatives: Duc Xa, Thuy Ba Dong, Linh Hai have not been granted certificates of land use rights for production (from 2016 to present) with an area of ​​hundreds of hectares when implementing the land consolidation policy. Proposal to grant new certificates of merit to 6 families in the locality (have completed the documents and procedures).

The Commune Cultural House project has been completed for many years but has not yet been put into use. It is recommended to remove obstacles so that the project can be put into operation soon, avoiding waste.
