Today, October 2, the National Assembly Delegation of Quang Tri province, including the following delegates: Deputy Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation Hoang Duc Thang; Deputy Head of the Provincial Ethnic Committee Ho Thi Minh, continued to have meetings with voters before the 8th session of the 15th National Assembly in Phong Binh commune, Gio Linh district and Vinh Thuy commune, Vinh Linh district.

There needs to be a mechanism for improving productive land.

Voters of Phong Binh commune reflected on some shortcomings after the merger of communes and villages such as: the surplus and shortage and degradation of village community houses; concerns about the regime and policies for redundant cadres; difficulties and high costs in adjusting village and commune addresses in records, procedures and changing personal identification papers; there is no inter-commune road between the two old communes, so cadres and people have to travel quite far to work...

In addition, voters recommended that all levels should consider issuing health insurance cards to former Youth Volunteers; support operating costs for grassroots Youth Volunteers Associations; and promptly develop a plan to use the land of Quang Tri Rubber Company to hand over to the locality to avoid wasting land resources.

A section of the eastern bypass of Dong Ha city passing through Lan Dinh village is 780 m long but has only one intersection. Voters want to open more connection points and drainage culverts to facilitate agricultural production, travel, and local socio-economic development.

Measures need to be taken to deal with the current situation of overloaded landfills causing environmental pollution, affecting the lives of people in Binh Minh and Tan Le villages. The current situation is that the West and East of Highway 75 has just been repaired but is quickly damaged, creating waves, causing difficulties and dangers for people to travel; many inter-village and inter-commune roads are dirt roads or are degraded and damaged and have not been upgraded or invested in construction.

Pay attention to licensing the operation of mines to serve as land for filling key projects in the district. Have a mechanism for improving production land (lowering the height of high fields and hills). Need to pay more attention to the facilities and equipment of schools, educational institutions and the regime and policies for teachers and staff of the Department of Education and Training.

Proposal to unify the form of mobilizing humanitarian relief resources

Voters of Vinh Thuy commune reported that the mining activities in Tan Thuy village will damage the roads, affect the environment, trucks carrying soil at high speed will cause traffic safety risks, and the authorities need to closely monitor this activity. Hundreds of households of 3 cooperatives: Duc Xa, Thuy Ba Dong, Linh Hai have not been granted certificates of land use rights for production (from 2016 to present) with an area of hundreds of hectares when implementing the land consolidation policy. Proposal to grant new certificates of merit to 6 families in the locality (have completed the documents and procedures).

The Commune Cultural House project has been completed for many years but has not yet been put into use. It is recommended to remove obstacles so that the project can be put into operation soon, avoiding waste. It is recommended that the National Assembly consider and have policies and regimes for those who participated in the K, C battlefields and the sea and islands and were injured; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees at all levels need to unify the form of resource mobilization in an appropriate manner, avoiding overlap to promote the meaning of humanitarian relief work...
