The delegation included leaders of the Party Committee of the bloc, 64 typical collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle, representing over 8,000 party members, union members and association members working at provincial agencies, departments, branches, unions, enterprises and unions.

The delegation came to offer flowers, incense, and report to Uncle Ho at the Ho Chi Minh Memorial House. Before Uncle Ho's spirit, the delegation promised to follow the path that the Party and Uncle Ho had chosen for their whole lives; to promote the tradition of solidarity, to continue to improve the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party, the quality of cadres and Party members; to innovate working methods and styles, to successfully carry out political tasks, to build a clean and strong Party organization, to contribute to building Tuyen Quang province into a fairly developed, comprehensive, and sustainable province in the northern mountainous region.

At the K9 Da Chong Historical Relic Site, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Block awarded Certificates of Merit to 34 collectives and 40 typical individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style in 2024.
