At the conference, the leaders of the Department of Home Affairs announced the Decision of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee on the transfer and appointment of Mr. Tran Van Kien, Head of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board, to hold the position of Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee;

Mobilize and appoint Mr. Luu Tran Son, Deputy Chief of Office of the Provincial People's Committee to hold the position of Head of the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board;

Mobilize and appoint Mr. Vu Tien Tiep, Director of the Provincial Radio and Television Station to hold the position of Director of the Department of Information and Communications;

Appoint Mr. Le Hong Ky, Provincial Party Committee member, Editor-in-Chief of Ha Nam Newspaper to hold the position of Director of the Provincial Radio and Television Station.
