In order to improve customer care services and increase efficiency in production and business, Ha Tinh Electricity Company invests in digitalization from records to the power grid.
Installing electronic meters with remote measuring devices is a solution to improve the accuracy of electricity measurement. Ha Tinh Electricity Company currently manages 473,382 meters, of which 424,873 are electronic meters (accounting for 89.6% of the total number of meters in the company).
In particular, 372,154 of the electronic meters have been equipped with remote measuring devices. Using electronic meters with remote measuring function, customers' monthly electricity index will be automatically transferred to the management software of the power companies, so the indexes ensure high accuracy.

Remote control center staff (Ha Tinh Electricity) monitors parameters on the grid via software.
In recent times, the electricity industry has also deployed digital transformation software that provides good support for technical and safety work such as: GIS system for managing the grid, locating on the map, PMIS software for managing the volume of lines, transformer stations and equipment on the grid, NEMO software to help calculate power loss on the grid, monitor labor safety with ECP software... Thereby, helping to improve labor productivity, facilitate grid management, reduce losses and improve power supply reliability.
Specifically, power supply indexes such as: SAIDI index (average power outage time over 5 minutes), SAIFI (average number of power outages over 5 minutes), MAIFI (average number of power outages under 5 minutes) of the unit are currently much lower than before.
According to the assessment, thanks to focusing on digital investment in all fields, the production and business activities of Ha Tinh Electricity Company are increasingly professionalized and effective; customer care services are increasingly improved, meeting customer satisfaction.
