According to Reuters news agency , Apple has issued a warning to users in India and 91 other countries.

In addition, Apple said users should proactively protect their devices by updating to the latest software and should enable "Lockdown Mode" - a feature that disables some vulnerable functions on the iPhone.

9to5mac said that iPhone attacks using this type of mercenary software are often very expensive, up to millions of dollars.

Previously, in 2021, Apple also sent similar warnings many times when new attack vulnerabilities were discovered.

In this case, the attacker installs malware to track user data and location.
