David Beckham hospitalized

Victoria Beckham revealed that her husband - David Beckham - was hospitalized with a photo posted on Instagram on June 27.

The former football star was seen lying in a hospital bed, his right arm in a splint, wearing a hospital gown.

"Get well soon," Victoria (51) captioned the photo. Moments later, the fashion designer shared another photo of David after he was discharged from the hospital.

The former soccer star and co-owner of Inter Miami CF (50 years old) is lying on a hospital bed while holding a Taylor Swift-style friendship bracelet engraved with the words "Get well soon".

Victoria also shared her perspective on David's recovery food choices. She did not elaborate on why David was hospitalized.

David Beckham's old wound recurs

According to the Irish Star , the former footballer underwent surgery to repair a broken wrist he suffered years ago during a football match in 2003.

The newspaper reported that new X-rays revealed a screw stuck in David's forearm from the original surgery.

David Beckham has been hospitalised amid growing tensions within the Beckham family.

Victoria and David have been married since 1999 and have four children: Brooklyn (26 years old), Romeo (22 years old), Cruz (20 years old) and Harper (13 years old).

Page Six reported in May 2025 that Brooklyn and his wife, Nicola Peltz, did not attend their father's 50th birthday celebrations. Rumors of family discord escalated even further when insiders said Brooklyn only learned about David Beckham's knighthood from King Charles through social media. "He's very happy for his dad but has not been in touch and no one in the family has been in touch with him," a source said.
